Very Good App
Not being able to use overseas is a joke.

Update: also serious issues and delays getting support and refunds for app related issues. Strongly recommend you avoid for expensive and season tickets. The app is buggy, difficult to navigate and there are major customer service issues such as GWR station staff being unable to assist with season tickets biught through the app

Updating my review to push someone to do something. If only I could use ZERO stars rating.... Still terrible, just compare to the previous version and get the picture... Moving to trainline... Owefull... still waiting GWR to do something...
Great app - does the job once you've worked out the quirks.
UPDATE 2: One possible way to rectify ticket problems of the app would be give a possibility to save purchased tickets as PDF files or transfer them into Google Pay? UPDATE 1: Uninstalled, impossible to use. Disaster, to add to errors of this new version: login screen often losses communication with the phone keyboard, a confirmation reference of the purchased ticket not stored, the date/time setting primitive, ...
